Pictures aren't great, but I'd lean towards a struck through debris error. I have a few similar ones where you can make out patterns from crumpled paper and other things. Please post better photos for a more definitive answer.

I do not see push metal which indicates a damage so I say struck through as well.

Looks like a shallow strike through. I can't see any detail in that area, but the lack of any displaced metal rules out damage for me.

Here's a detail of a deep strike through that I have in my collection. Do you see any fine lines or pattern on your coin?

No corresponding damage in one the REV in the same area seems to imply it was sitting on the REV die when this happened. Otherwise there would be a mark from the impact affecting the REV design. So I agree with it being a strike through.
