Large Cent Date And Sheldon # Help - Coin Community Forum

roach Valued Member United States 364 Posts	Posted 09/29/2023 8:18 pm I bought this Large Cent hoping to be able to ID the date and Sheldon variety based on the Cud over Liberty. So far I have not been successful. Any help from Large Cent variety specialist who might recognize the Cud would be greatly appreciated! Report this Post to the Staff

If so, then there is a second Cud virtually worn smooth at about five o'clock on the obv of this 1798-dated cent.
