I thought I posted this yesterday, but I can't find it so here goes. Tuesday, out of 20 rolls I found an astonishing 118 50's pennies, 34 40's pennies, 3 30's ( including1930P and 1938P) and 2 20's ( including 1920 D filler for my 3rd book, and1927P).  So, I went back to that bank on Wednesday and the teller gave let me have 50 rolls all customer wrapped and the next bank I got another 20 rolls. However, my luck ran out, as I only got a dozen wheaties. That's how the cookie crumbles.& 🤷 #8205;#9792;#65039;

Nice haul. I've been cent roll hunting across several decades. Outside of a Wheat cent hoard dump I came across several years ago, I rarely find wheats in rolls--any rolls. Perhaps one wheat per 50 rolls these days. I'd say you're doing well.

Funny thing, most of the wheaties were found in 6 of the rolls which were wrapped with the same stripe wrappers. It was probably a dump, but I found a lot of early fifties 1950 and 1951. At least 10 1955P's. Unfortunately, no double die or poor man's DD. I also found a 1952P with a die chip in the 5's lower loop making it hard to read and a 1944 or 1941 with the last digit looks like a 1 connected to the other 4 or a light struck or grease error. I'll bring it to my coin club to see what they think. Kinda like show and tell.

Well done! The one good thing about luck running out is the luck that preceded it.

Awesome haul! Sounds like it was part of a collection dump. One time, when I was going through a whole box of Pennies, I ended up finding 156 or 157 Wheaties. Mostly common dates, but still great finds. To this day, I still have never broke this record.

Today's finds from 40 rolls: 1919D (pretty flat) but an album filler for my third Whitman book; 3 1940's including 1942S, and 9 1950's.

Forgot to add the following: a trick magician Lincoln monument 1/2 reverse. I wish I had the other half. Does anyone else have one of these or if the other half is available?

Too bad it was not intact. Not sure where you could get just the other half without making it yourself.
