Found this is a roll of Penny's from a bank.some body told me to put it on auction and can easily get 1000 for it was trying to get other oppions on it ?

Never seen a clip exactly like this example.
Perhaps segments sheared off post mint?
If that is the case, then PMD.

@glo, I agree with the others that this coin has been purposefully damage to imitate a mint error. Sorry but it is only worth face value.

For the future, it is easier for us to evaluate coins if the pics are without the 2x2. Also, for a potential clip, please include an edge shot as this view can provide clues. Thx.

I believe they can, from the corner of the sheet, but certainly not like this coin. This coin is just damaged.

Pure and simple, this coin was intentionally damaged to appear like a clipped coin. but a clip cannot happen like this.

You did the right thing. You came here and asked the pros about your coin now, since you know the truth, do not sell this coin. People should not advice pricing of coins if they are not sure what they are looking at.

I was just curious bc it's stamp on the out edge we're it was clipped it matches up with the lettering that why I though it was a error
