I know looks like a parking lot coin but is not is playing defects and has a bunch of eight and the d is just 2 d, one on top of the other one looks the trust has some weird inscription and the head has a die brake

Coin would have never left the mint looking like this.
Appears to be characteristic of road kill.

My vote is circulation damage plus Pareidolia. I do note that the weakness on STATES is common on Lincoln cents.

Agree with the assessments above. Too, there appear to be hints of die deterioration--the obverse Ridge Ring.

Well logic tell me if was a road kill will show sings or run over or some but all the holes are bubbling the first reply my respect for that person you know what you talking about the rest honest they need to read that book more. In top of that show doubling all over the coin like instead of do a coin they do a mold the building is like that the d is like that like the plate the press the coin

Well, you can always spend your money and send it to PCGS for attribution. You will however spend a lot of money to get the same answer you got here for free.
