I considered list on ebay, but have no idea how much to ask for this bill. I'm hopeful Steve can help with this one.

Why do you think that note has a premium? John1

Cool serial number but condition looks bad. Premium is small plus high denomination bills are slow movers

Even crisp new it's not really a collector note.

Welcome to CCF. As mentioned above, the serial number is interesting but not really considered Fancy and the condition is less than desirable, especially for a modern note. With that being said, every time I tell someone their note has no premium, they visit the forum two weeks later letting me know someone on ebay bought for X amount of dollars. So, never underestimate what some random bididiot won't spend his hard earned money on.

Condition aside, this is actually pretty infrequent. I'm not sure it has a name but I call it a triple tuple, where there are three consecutive sets with every digit being at least paired. 2-3-3, 3-2-3 (yours), 3-3-2, 2-2-4, 2-4-2 , 4-2-2 are all triple tuple configurations, and they occur only once every 21, 948 bills...much less common than a radar or a repeater at 1/10,000. To me it's a nice find.
Related frequencies: Quad tuple (Four consecutive pairs): 1 / 14,632 Triple tuple: 1 / 21,948 Double tuple (like 33366666) 1 / 237,037 Radar or repeater: 1 / 10,000 Any tuple above: 1 / 8,466

General rule of thumb - If you have to explain with math equations why your note is Fancy then maybe it's really not all that fancy.
And saying "condition aside " with paper money is like saying "location aside" while selling real estate.

I guess this boils down to "collect what you like". John1
