More of a cudlet than a Cud but kind of an unusual location and an interesting feature. You would suspect a plating bubble with this year but the fattened top at the same height of rim indicate a small break.
The date seemed a little thick in areas where DDO's occur on this year. I'm looking for opinions on this since there are no matches on the attribution sites. thanks.
