Has the typical appearance of modern Chinese fakes including the "pitted" / "sandblasted" surface appearance, black edge toning on the rim, lots of tool marks, several die gouges which were left uncorrected, incorrect reverse hub type for the date.
Note the incomplete rim obverse K10-K12 too...
Deal with coins long enough for a given series and after awhile you will get used to how genuine coins in that series should look; so that way hack job efforts like this smack you upside the face and you don't even need much of a second look.
The Germans call it "Gestalt" which is a somewhat abstract concept -- how do the pieces which comprise something - an object, a work of art, a classical sonata -- look or sound when put together as a whole?
In this case, you learn how a coin "should" look based on how the date, devices, legends, etc. all fit together, and then bad fakes become pretty easy to spot.
Good fakes are a whole different story...

This is not a good fake. Good fakes are tough to spot and when discovered they are usually based on a real coin. At least with the sophisticated counterfeits seen lately, Jack Young is all over them, but they hit fast and are constantly changing dates and coins, so it's a seemingly never ending battle.
