Clearly not genuine, perhaps at one time silver plated or washed, but now obviously brass. Weight is a mere 16.66 grams. There is a spot in the edge's reeding that would appear to be where a sprue was ground off. I guess the question would be was this once a counterfeit meant to fool the ignorant or unwary when the real deal was in circulation, or just some modern (and completely unconvincing) reproduction? It looks too crude and light to pass as a real one in actual commerce.
