how much of a price difference is there between a 1987 ASE proof with or with out the blue cardboard box and the inner box?, its still in the capsule.

not mine, brother bought it for $80 which I think is too high with out the boxes.

Just checked that large online auction site and found one for $4 plus $4.50 shipping. Box/COA only. As an aside the first several years were not blue boxes, they are a maroon-purple color until I think the early 90s.
