Would a bill with serial number 43856887 be considered a broken ladder?

To the best of my knowledge, none of the definitions of "broken ladder" that I know of, even the most expansive ones, would include 43856887.

To me, a broken ladder has 8 different digits 0-7, 1-8, or 2-9 but scrambled and not in consecutive order. But there are lots of definitions. No value in my opinon.

All 8 digits have to be different.

And when reordered, sequential.

I've seen examples of broken ladders or step ladders that include serial numbers like 10203045 and 11123345. I've also seen scrambled ladders that have all of the right numbers but in the wrong order. None of these, and let me repeat that for the folks in the back, none of these have any collector value whatsoever.

This is about as random and common as it gets. Nothing special here.

Perhaps more importantly, as far as I can tell, the OP's number doesn't even qualify as any of those. Maybe if it started with 34 instead of 43...
