 Not alot of info on known Doubled Dies for 2023 yet on any of the sites. There is a Known 2023-P "JFM" initials DDR. I have set aside quite a few 2023-D Shield Cents to review at a later date when more info becomes available.

 The light and reflections may be inducing the appearance of doubling.

Mimi, the best way to get feedback is to start a new thread and post pictures of your coins. You can always mention that it looked similar to the coin in this thread and copy+paste the link into your own post so folks can find it.

I've found several with noticeable serif. These are not Machine Doubling. This is a double Die.
