1973 Kennedy Half Dollar Possible Doubling

Got it under the microscope and it appears to have some doubling on the reverse at the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA area, and the HALF DOLLAR area. Would this be considered doubling? Since it is so clearly Machine Doubling, you may actually want to keep it as an example to compare against for future coins that appear to be doubled in some way or another.
