Looks like it from pictures provided.
Very common area for a die crack.

Yes very nice @cust. @tacc is right that the corners of the Lincoln Memorial are common areas for die cracks. This is because those sharp corners act as stress risers, not unlike this square access portal embedded in asphalt:

One of two reasons why manhole covers are round (structural integrity). Anyone know the other?

Yes I do - seeing how I had to frequently open those hugely heavy 'Tidley Winks' to assess the communications vault below.
