Looks like a Rose on the reverse left side bottom right leave and an out of collar or off center strike not sure your thoughts are greatly appreciated as always.

@sbg, that is damage plus Pareidolia on the reverse.

What is the diameter and does the edge have reeding? Knowing that will confirm if this coin was struck out of collar.

reverse left side right bottom... Were you a traffic cop at some point?
It is better if you would post a close up of the area you are interested in as well.

But not an out of corral strike - looks more like a very slight off center.

The circular lines in the middle looks like what a gumball or slot machine would make. It is just damage.
