I'm thinking grease weak strike but also adjacent side is slightly peaked outward on reverse for some reason as well.

I don't think that is a Cud on the reverse but rather mechanical damage.

With no damage to the obverse, I'm thinking the reverse was scraped off towards the rim. Is there a division line on the edge?
