Looks like a classic rim burr except the edge shows a cladding line that is not level so I am not sure. Thanks for looking.

It's a classic struck-in rim burr. The reason the exposed copper core seems to rise toward the rim burr is that the damage to the planchet's edge removed the very thin layer of cladding that was dragged onto the edge during blanking.

I put something on close pic as was posted.

Green line (thanks Mike) is what was describe by.

I will like if Mike have time to teach me the rest I put:

Pink line : for me is strike on debris.
Red circle: it is an Cud?
And the Arrow: I am between Dies Doubbling and Die Doubbling. Been an od die I am more Die Doubling.

Silvio, what you're looking at is a fanglike spur of metal that was gouged up from the planchet's edge and proto-rim and repositioned over what would become the obverse face of the coin. The spur is often flanked by a narrow fissure, as is the case with most struck-in pieces of metal.
