I have been on the lookout for one of these for awhile now, preferably the "small D" version...but this Medium D version will do for now. Very noticeable Doubling on the lower tiara rays, the profile , and most of the obverse lettering. A VAM 3 Top 50 coin

Nice, unfortunately these 34Ds are so well know in the silver dollar community, it's hard to find the small d at a decent price anymore.

That's my favorite Peace dollar variety. Even though I don't collect them, one is going to find its' way into my collection someday.

They're not uncommon, even with the small D, and can be cherrypicked.

Does the doubled tiara VAM come with both the small D and medium D varieties? I know I have a doubled tiara VAM in my collection but not sure if I have a small or medium D. If anyone has pictures of these that would be great.

If the Mint Mark is NOT FILLED in the center, then it is a small D- that's the way I understand it CoinHunter, this one has a filled MM so it is a Med D.
