1985 S DCAM Washington Doubled Die Reverse / DDR ?

grand37 New Member United States 6 Posts	Posted 11/09/2023 6:42 pm This 1985 S DCAM quarter appears to be a DDR to me but I don't see any listings for them on any sites. Am I mistaken? It's very slight but I believe it's most visible in the leaves/stem above "quarter" as well as very slightly on the underside of the letters. Let me know what you think, thanks. On those proofs we have MD sure, Some ones Hub Doubling and the majority Second strike like doubling, but in fact I say second strike DDD. To grand37: if you see from angle the bottom leaf right who touch the wing, the leaf upper A and the leaf upper first L, you will see like a small stair there. Like this is come DDD on second strike Proof quarters. Sorry you do not have DD here, in fact the only one we can find is in the inner circle of the Q upper. No site mention this DD because it is frequent and very minor, also is find in manny years starting with 1932 when the design come out. Help? Report this Post to the Staff
