The 2000 colorized Rhode Island Washington quarter, it's only worth face value. The plating is now wearing off. They plate these and sell them in sets usually. You can do a search and you'll see plenty of them.

That thing is a colored State Quarter - and very badly done in my opinion. (of course, I'm mot a fan of colorizing coins anyway)

Painted by a private company for profit after leaving the U.S. Mint and unfortunately not worth a premium—which is probably why it ended up back in circulation.
