I don't see anything stopping this from going 65 - unless you get hit with a QC.

Nice coin. I would go with MS-65 but I have a concern about the mark on the second feather. Is it a hit or just discolored?

I'm thinking MS64+. Color shown in the posted pics is likely a function of the lighting used in the photography--white balance/temperature.

@paralyse beat me to it. Both are designations that PCGS and NGC use on their slabs for "details" coins.
