I couldn't see the L and I wasn't sure about the pointed bust,It was given to me as an L so great I have an 1864 L

I'm with IGE, the marker when you can't see the L is the bust. the L bust is more pointed and closer to the 1 in the date. which we see here. 1864L

as for grade the reverse looks AU however the obv is going to details the coin for PMD
