Guys, I didn't see any doubling on any other areas, could this be a RPM?

You can always check what you think is a doubled die, RPM, or OMM on any coin by using the lists and pictures at this site: varietyvista.com

Note:
If you do not find an EXACT match to your coin listed using this easy method, then you most likely have a damaged coin or other issues like (non collectable) Machine Doubling, Die Deterioration Doubling, etc. (look these up at error-ref.com)

If after checking there you think you have a match, then feel free to post the link and we can verify for you or help you understand why not.

Earle42, oddly you suggest that you all are the last source, for this is exactly what I had done. I always check these sites first; Wexler, Variety Vista and the Lincoln Cent Source. I know that usually when there is a MD or DD of sorts there is more than one area of doubling. I saw no other areas on this coin to suggest such. I am very aware that there are two (2) varieties of 1974, both Philadelphia and Denver mints. I also have found that there are two (2) different variations of both, but not recorded as such.

I am sorry to be a burr under your saddle, have a good holiday, and be blessed.
