Assuming that linear feature is sunken (incuse), t'would be a scratch.

If you drag a stick in mud and notice the pile up of mud on the sides of the trench you just made, then it is like a scratch on your coin. Something was dragged across your coin. Also the scratch continues up on the rim almost touching the reeds that also is an indication of a scratch.
