Definitely concerned about how deep those scratches on the cheek are. A bit weak on the strike. Assuming the scratches in hand they aren't too deep and wouldn't details the coin, MS-63 and a good buy.

MS64, might details if those scratches are deep enough, as everyone else already noted.

If this is MS63 or better, you got a killer price! Good buy in any case. Looking forward to your photos when received.

Scratches don't look that bad here in new photos; MS64.

I think the cheek and ear area may be problematic. I have it as a high 62 or low 63 myself but the marks over the ear make me wonder whether it was slid on a surface. Beautiful fields are its saving grace. I think there's some debris at the tip of liberty's nose that I need to remove.

Those striations around the ear might be on the die or planchet. Here's an MS63 from PCGS gallery, slightly different orientation.

Scratches are normal bag marks and nowhere near a level that would details it, IMHO, so I'd say MS-63 for this example with a shot at 64.
