Nice. Keep in mind that some older coins have been 'dormant' for periods of time--may have been in an old album for several decades, may have fallen behind a dresser in '34 and accumulated dust for quite some time, etc. Not every coin is in constant 'hand-to-hand-to-till-to-hand' circulation. Still, however, that's a nice '29 for sure!

Nice looking cent!

If this is not an error or variety, we need to move it over the the main US Modern forum.

It's a keeper. Some normal wear and nicks, but good for its age.

It's a nice coin, but it looks in harshly clean condition now.

Looks to be VF but cleaned. Considering the age, still a keeper.

Great looking coin! And that's a special year--my mom was born in 1929.

It would be nice if Thump1 told us which section he wants it in. I think it should be in the grading section, but he never answered my question.

The strike is really nice for a 1929. This must've been a gorgeous cent when it was in Mint State.

Even though it's been cleaned, I would still add it to a "average circulated" collection.
