The '88-O is relatively available in low MS grade, despite its low mintage of 21,335 pieces. It is a good choice for a with motto, New Orleans eagle. I think it's a smart move to buy a coin like this in an NGC (or PCGS) slab to ensure it is authentic and hasn't been cleaned or abused. Congratulations! Report this Post to the Staff
