2022 P Lincoln Shield Cent, Another New Doubled Die Reverse / DDR

Petespockets55 Pillar of the Community United States 5772 Posts	Posted 12/08/2023 11:21 pm I found this one last month while roll searching. I don't see it listed on any of the sites. It has nice thickness on LB and JFM like the earlier ones with lite thickness on the bottom of "OF AMERICA". I couldn't find any die chips on the top of the Shield but there was a nice Spike head die crack out the W (WE). The initials are elongated like a lot of the DDR's the last couple of years. That's a really nice one and with the clarity of your images, I can say it is different, and no question about it being a DDR. Some folks have questions about these modern being DDRs or some form of Die Deterioration but yours shows the thickness really well. Congrats. Quote: ...
