Is this coin worth keeping? The obverse is missing the letter L in Liberty and the reverse is missing the word Of and well as the last part of states.? Also the R looks backwards in Pluribus and it appears there is another letter under the D on the obverse?

Looks like a minor Struck Through Grease error, plus Die Deterioration.

The L looks missing because of Ridge Ring,IMHO
The reverse side has a known weak area right there.Might be a grease issue as well.Your pics are a bit blurry, just a FYI.

Not worth much of a premium, but perhaps worth keeping as an example of a minor Struck Through Grease. Also, the coin is in pretty rough shape, with some environmental damage.

Obverse shows a Struck Through Grease issue. The reverse shows the classic issue involving 'not enough metal' to show all detail when the coin is struck--the weak '...TED STATES of AMER... area on the reverse is immediately opposite of Abe's shoulder area (obverse). Grease may be contributing to the reverse concern as well.

a weak strike on the top of the reverse is due to the obverse design elements taking up the material needed to strike up properly. (the obverse has a deeper design than the reverse and thus lower pressure so the metal goes there in stead of filling the reverse design.

On the obverse I see a Ridge Ring - a sign of a worn out die..
Is coin collectable? no not in my opinion.
