I am starting to get my head wrapped around on double dies, but I still have a fair amount of questions. Is this Machine Doubling or is this truly a double die?

(this coin is not worth anything but I'm more so interested in knowing what the results are due to the fact that I have other coins that are identical to this, which should be valuable.)

Thank you in advance and apologies for the not so great pictures.

*** Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title. It's very important to have in the title. ***

@sann, for completeness, can you please tell us the date and mint of this cent? I'd like to add this information to the thread title as it helps with the CCF search functionality. Thx.
