1990 D Lincoln Memorial Cent: Is This A Doubled Die Reverse / DDR Or Machine Doubling?

Is this Machine Doubling or is this truly a double die? (this coin is not worth anything but I'm more so interested in knowing what the results are due to the fact that I have other coins that are identical to this, which should be valuable.)
