1874 Trade Dollar Errors Or Counterfeit/Fake Coin?

Lavrentiy New Member United Kingdom 4 Posts	Posted 12/14/2023 1:45 pm Hello community! I have this 1874 Trade dollar with correct size and weight. But.. There is a lot of errors on it, and probably this one is a fake coin. Please share your opinion. First one is "4" in date. Looks like overprint. And no other strange stuff on this side. The other side is funny. In AMERICA - Line on top of each letter. First "L" in DOLLAR separated. And dots under the DOLLAR - you can see on pictures. Very strange as for me. Probably it was circulating counterfeit. I am always buying bulk lots with hundreds of coins. If I buy good coins, always trying to check details like this before.
