Good morning,
I would appreciate any information that anyone could give me to help me identify my
1964-D Quarter. I will post pic I have. If need a close up of this coin I will do my best to do so. ...I do appreciate your time.As much as I would have like to clean this coin mainly on the lower portion of the eagle's chest ( could scrub that off easily) I was told not to clean any coins ...so I did not . Again thank you for your time.

For the 1964D you has two reverse variety Type A and Type C. Type C it is very scarce. In order to be able to analize, better closer pics is need. they are 24 points to look for in order to be able to see also the Die stage. Also you has to look if any of 4 DDO or 8 DDR are present.

Do not attempt to clean it. Many coins have been ruined that way.

Here to help - but uncertain of your question.

For now - do not clean anything on your coins.
