So I acquired about 1500 Wheat penny's and having so much fun looking thru them all, so far I found about 25 1943 Steel pennies, I believe this is an RPM? Thinking it's the tilted version? I will be posting others as well with the mint mark and possible RPM. I know condition on this one isint the best, any value to it if it is an RPM? Thanks guys!!!

You need to check all three reference sites and let us know if you find an attribution number for each of your possible RPMs.

I'm not convinced that this is a RPM. Here's a link though to the 22 known RPMs for this mint/date:

Hmmm
I did check that link out, it looked like the tilted one to me, but my eyes are not good. I'll double check the coin again and will post a separate thread with each coin and see if I can match up if the others are an RPM. Thanks guys, only thing else I see on this under magnifying is on the edge of the D, looks like something was there before, but maybe it's just rusting now and building up some? Appreciate the help.

Image makes it look like a hit, is the area to the left of the D depressed?

If you are thinking it is 501 then the finger would be coming out a lot further right than your coin.

Doesn't look depressed, to me at certain angles it looks like it was a D and then tried to be removed or ground down some. I'm working on other pics to try to capture it.

Seems like it's just rust to me. You've got a similar thing going on at the U and possibly the W.

It is promising as an RPM. it is worth a search to Find a known match and post an attribution # here.
