Hello,
Your input / opinion is welcome and appreciated if you can help determine what is going on with this $1 bill.

Front :
Even left to right and looks to be cut very low.
The green Treasury seal is slightly below the "ONE"
Numbers on left are higher & right are lower when compared to another bill.

Back :
Instead of being high or low it's off center to the right side.

Any help is appreciated!

Close but no cigar here. As a rule, some portion of the design has to be missing (and then re-appearing on the opposite side from the adjoing note) for there to be any added value.

to the CCF!

Yes you have a misaligned note. Typically, misaligned notes will appear well-centered on one side and off-center on the other side. Both sides would be a cutting error. https://www.pmgnotes.com/news/artic...tember-2021/

Sometimes some of the design will also be missing (truncated) from shifting up or down, and can even see parts of the other notes design. The better condition and more extreme it is such as parts of the design also being missing will increase the value, or serials (overprint) to incorrectly touch elements they shouldnt which is an error so that always has some added value. When it lacks those its more minor and doesn't add too much to value and should not send in for grading.
