It's a 2021, it was printed on February 2023 and is included in the range.

https://www.uspapermoney.io/serials/f2021_s.html

I also checked and there are no listing for 2021 for Uncut Sheets.

https://www.uspapermoney.io/general/uncut.html

Based on the above it does not look it came from an uncut sheet, but unless you can see the back, no way to really know if its manmade or an error. Could be a real error based on the above information. The only thing is that some part of the printing should be off, like the serial numbers should be skewed to one side. This is my real error, notice the serial number and seal are not in the correct place.

I don't have a picture of the back as its being graded.

Having a lot doesn't mean anything, if this is a real error and it was not caught you can have a sheet of 32 or 50 all be off. If you get a brick ($1000 in singles for example) you can have several of these. You the look for more bricks as you know the serial number will be +/- 200 (I believe, not certain on the actual spacing).

Cool cutting error note and by the looks of it, there may be more. It's a series 2021 $1 B-A note printed in Fort Worth and printed on a 50-subject sheet. If it was mine, I'd have it graded and authenticated. To my knowledge, the BEP hasn't offered any $1 uncut sheets newer than series 2017.
