First, there is no way for this to have happened in the minting process: since these t-shaped impressions are incuse, it would have required that someone at the mint stick a few letter Ts on top of the die when then cent was struck. Additionally, at the margins of the letter Ts, you can see where the metal has been "smushed" up--that cannot happen with a strike through. Finally, a diagnostic of mechanical damage like this is matching flattening on the other side of the coin, which this clearly displays. Save it if you want, but know that it is only worth face value.
