It's difficult because it's overstruck and a bit of a mess. What stands out is al-malik/ al-Zahir// al-imam/ al-Nasir, appropriate legends for the Ayyubid al-Zahir Ghazi at Aleppo, al-Nasir being the 'Abbasid caliph. However, both inscriptions should be within a dotted hexagram. Here, only the obverse is. The al-Nasir inscription is within a dotted octolobe. The solution seems to be that it is a fals of al-'Aziz Muhammad, 1216-1236, struck over the same denomination of al-Zahir Ghazi, 1186-1216. The caliph during the early years of al-'Aziz was still al-Nasir and indeed the borders of his coins are octolobes. So although a reverse citing al-Nasir would be appropriate for a coin of al-Zahir, it is actually a reverse of al-'Aziz struck over al-Zahir. This is a case where both the overtype and the undertype are equally represented, making it hard to tell which is which.
