Agreed, I love coins with animals and Zimbabwe was not an option (are they still making coins?)

Ten years ago I would have definitely put Canada and I still think the job done with the circulating coinage is great, but I can't vote for them with all the crud they issue now as collector's items...

I'll be narrow minded and boring and vote for the good ole U.S.of A. !.... Australia, U.K., and Canada would be right up there though too .....for me.

Australia got my vote too. I'm not so much a modern collector, but I'm impressed by the range of coins they produce--they're very interesting. On the other hand, this one sorta underscores the hilarity underway at the RCM. Apologies in advance if anyone takes this coin seriously.

I really like what Australia is doing these days, but don't sell yourselves short of a contender you wouldn't even think of - Belarus. Google up some of their commemoratives - I think they're issuing some wonderful designs.

I voted other To me all countries put out things I like and don't like. I don't have any country I favor. Canada for example puts out some crappy cartoonish coins and then they put out amazing coins like the 2009 Summer Moon Mask(which I own one of). Isle of Man follows the same pattern. So I am on the fence

I agree. Only 23 votes. I thought our members were a lot more opinionated than this!

I voted Australia, partly because I am biased, partly because we produce a lot of circulating commemoratives.
