*** Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title. It's very important to have in the title. ***Hello I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me on some coins I have. I don't plan on selling them (They are scrap silver as far as I know) but would love some insight on them. I have about 42 Morgan dollars and 30-odd Peace dollars ranging in date massively but the majority have "wrinkles" or "divots" if you will. I'm not sure if they effect the coins but around 10-15 of each set has them. Below is a picture of a 1923-D, the most noticeable of the coins with the markings, sorry I had to reduce quality to upload to site. Would the above markings negatively effect the price/grade of the coin? The edges are pretty much perfect outside of toning with no scratches at all on the edge so I'm not sure if they came like that or if they are circulated and just got lucky on not scratching the edges. Any helpful information would be appreciated, thank you in advance =)

Forgot to mention the divots/scratches or whatever they may be are smooth. There is no undertoning like you'd see if it was scratched, its as if the die/stamp had a bunch of dirt on it and imprinted in the coin lol. Ive never seen it in such amount so I am confused if its pre or post production.

Here is the back as well as the front without the case, I hadn't notices the case was scratched as well.

Looks like a "bullion value" coin, at first glance. Any well-worn, common-date silver coins will also likely fall into the bullion category. Still, sounds like you have a nice silver stash. Looking forward to seeing more.

Thank you for the help =) I assumed they were scrap silver due to the divots I just wanted to make sure this was true before I scrap all my silver. I assumed the 3 die cracks would be more negative than the divots though, but then again I'm relatively new to coins lol. Thank you very much!

It's circulated, but still a nice Peace dollar. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your stash.
Errers and Varietys.

VF-35 details, scratched/cleaned. Like the others mentioned, just a bullion coin.
