Maybe the lamination came off long after it was in circulation and wasn't noticed. It does kind of look like it maybe had some help as the upper right is a bit more raggy than I would expect for one that came off on its own. Report this Post to the Staff

The color of the tin is there. Very few cristaline separations and borders so strait. Also on the Right the borders are rise like an Die Chip. Never ever saw this. Report this Post to the Staff
