The area below the tail feathers looks unusual, as if something was between the die and the planchet when the coin was being struck. Could it just have been grease or something else? The rest of the reverse looks a little dull as well, but that might be just normal circulation wear.

@sick, with this amount of circulation wear, I'd be hesitant to call any weakness at all due to the strike.

The coin is heavily circulated, but that spot on the reverse looks completely unlike the rest of it. You don't think there could've been a piece of fabric or something stuck to the die?
