Question About Error On My 2004 Wisconsin Quarter

UlyssesD New Member United States 3 Posts	Posted 12/31/2023 1:13 pm Hi everyone, I have a 2004 Wisconsin quarter that has a very unusual error.Dont think it is a Cud error becuase the raised metal has details of Washington's hair in it.
