It seems like the rim above LIB would be missing, just like the top of LIB (and other areas of the coin), if this were from circulation. Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups. I believe this could be a "low pressure strike" now. The edge has weak reeding and in some areas it is completely gone. The area of missing reading matches with the area of missing design on LIBERTY. Of course some of this is due to circulation wear but I think this makes a good case for a low pressure diagnosis. "Pride is yoked with callous behavior, as humility is with compassion."
