1966 Lincoln Memorial Cent Mint Error - Struck Through And S/T Retained

1966 is a good year for error coins as I have seen a lot of different things on this date. Here it would seem there were some copper flakes roaming around the striking chamber, as this coin has a nice struck through in the upper left obverse, and retained struck through fragments on the upper right obverse and the top of the reverse.
