just found it , only one in an unc roll of 1961 , I believe it's a rim Cud or what else could it be ?

I don't see anything listed for 1961 Cuds on coins if it is it would be a new one

Thanks guys , If it wouldn't be so difficult (for me ) to get the right measurements on the pictures I'd send it to " Cuds On Coins" , just like the other BIES I posted here That I haven't been able to send to JC .
