found it last night with a sure double spiked head and possible one more west of the red arrows passing east of the O in GOD.

If multiple Spikes end up connecting together you may end up with a pre Cud forming. Maybe worth thinking about here.

That's a classic '55 P Wheat cent. Not only the cracked skull issues, but looks to be an early stage 'poor man's' doubled die--very faint 5 'shadow' showing with the last 5 in 1955; an indicator of Die Deterioration.
