I just found it on an uncirculated roll of 1960's ( my first clipped coin find on an unc roll after over 30 years of roll searching) and it been "struck through something" on the obverse .

Awesome find! Nice Clip and Struck Through! I'm thinking it might be grease.

uruman,
Nice. You might want to add large date on the 2x2 holder.

As Dearborn says :

yep, a nice large date grease struck, single clipped cent

Great find and perhaps something "extra" to be found in the other 50 rolls.

Congrats on the find. That's a nice clip.

ps. If it's not too late to do it, you might want to correct the last word of your original post to say "reverse" (instead of obverse).
