1960 BU Clipped And "struck Through" On The Reverse

uruman Pillar of the Community United States 5193 Posts	Posted 01/16/2024 01:04 am I just found it on an uncirculated roll of 1960's ( my first clipped coin find on an unc roll after over 30 years of roll searching) and it been "struck through something" on the obverse .
