I know this isn't very much off-center and not unusual, but I thought it was interesting. So, my expert friends, how much off-center is this and hit me with any acronyms I need to learn, if any, on this.

Well if you want acronyms, try this one. It is a very slight MAD strike. A Mis-Aligned Die strike.
Meaning that just the obverse in this case is not centered and the reverse is.

I agree with there being a slight MAD on the obverse, but would add that there is a bit of Ridge Ring as well.

Very minor Misaligned Die (MAD) and Ridge Ring, which is a form of Die Deterioration.

Yes, misaligned die (somewhat minor), and hint of an obverse ridge ring--indicative of Die Deterioration.
