Pure acetone, perhaps, to remove some crud, but otherwise it's hopeless, I'm afraid.

Using pure acetone is the only thing I would use.

I am sure you already know,never clean coins unless you know what you are doing,and then only if it has to be.

Soaked in curacetone for 15 minutes they can get better
