1969 S With Extra 9 Between The 9 & 6

I found a 1969 S with an extra 9 in between the 9 and 6 that connects to the mint mark , also the last 9 in 1969 has an extra part to it that points towards the mint mark S. Lemme know if the pictures are too blurry .would like any opinions .thank you!

Sorry think I'm getting the hang of it will try my best ! And trust me there's an extra 9 in there .I wouldn't lie and waste everyone's time, even though I know that's what I'm doing with these blurry pictures, to be honest it seems as if though this coin doesn't like to have its picture taken
